You are welcome to mention a specific puppy you’re interested in, or you can let us know if you’d like help deciding which puppy may be the best fit.

2. CONNECT
After reviewing your application, we’ll reach out if we feel one of our puppies may be a good match. This gives us a chance to answer your questions, learn more about your household, and discuss next steps.
We may schedule a phone call or FaceTime conversation before moving forward with a puppy match.

3. MATCH
Puppies are matched thoughtfully based on temperament, personality, structure, and household compatibility.
We do not place puppies solely on a first-come, first-served basis. Our priority is finding the right fit for both the puppy and the family.

4. RESERVATION
Once your application is approved and a puppy match has been confirmed, a reservation fee secures your puppy until go-home day.
Approved families will receive placement details, agreement information, and guidance on how to prepare for their puppy.

Our support does not end at pickup or delivery. We offer lifetime breeder support and are here as a resource throughout your dog’s life.

Pricing & Reservation
Our current puppies are individually priced on their puppy profiles. Pricing may vary by puppy, lineage, traits, registration terms, and placement details.
A reservation fee is required only after your application is approved and a puppy match has been confirmed. Because our litters are limited, we encourage interested families to apply early so we can learn more about your home, lifestyle, and timing.
Puppy Agreement
All approved families are required to review and sign a puppy agreement before placement. This helps ensure expectations are clear and that every puppy is placed into a prepared, responsible home.
The agreement may include important details about care, health guarantee terms, registration, placement expectations, and breeder support.
Health Guarantee
Each puppy goes home with a health guarantee and veterinary care records. We prioritize health, temperament, early development, and long-term wellbeing in every placement.

Options for Bringing Your Puppy Home
We work with each approved family to coordinate a safe, comfortable go-home plan as your puppy’s pickup date approaches.
In-Person Pickup
Approved families are welcome to pick up their puppy in Austin, Texas. As your puppy’s go-home day gets closer, we’ll coordinate a pickup time and make sure you leave prepared with your puppy’s records, starter items, and care guidance.
Personal Home Delivery
For approved families outside of Austin, personal puppy delivery may be available for an additional fee. A trusted team member may travel with your puppy by car or airplane, depending on distance, timing, and the safest available option.
