We believe bringing home a puppy should feel personal, thoughtful, and well-supported from the very beginning. Our goal is not simply to place puppies quickly, but to create lasting matches between our puppies and the families who welcome them home.
Because we maintain a limited number of carefully planned litters each year, we take time to get to know every prospective family through our application and conversation process. This allows us to answer questions, understand your lifestyle, and thoughtfully guide you through each step of the experience.
Price
Pet companion puppies typically range from $3,750–$5,000 depending on lineage, traits, and breeding rights consideration. A reservation fee is required to secure your place on our waitlist or reserve an available puppy.
Because our litters are limited, many puppies are spoken for prior to being publicly listed.

Contracts & Placement Process
In addition to our application, all approved families are required to review and sign our puppy agreement prior to placement. We also schedule a phone or FaceTime conversation to ensure the right fit for both the puppy and your home.
Puppies are placed thoughtfully based on temperament, structure, and household compatibility — not simply on a first-come, first-served basis. Our priority is creating successful, lifelong matches for both our puppies and their families.
Location, Pick-Up, & Delivery
Austin Mini Dachshunds is located in Austin, Texas. Puppies may be picked up locally or transported with approved arrangements at the buyer’s expense.
As a small, family-focused breeder, we understand that not every family is located nearby. For an additional fee based on distance from Austin, we offer personalized puppy chaperone services through ground transportation, flight nanny service, or a combination of both.
Whenever possible, we personally accompany our puppies throughout their journey to help ensure a calm, safe, and comfortable transition into their new home. In many cases, we are able to deliver directly to your door so your puppy arrives feeling secure, loved, and well cared for from the very beginning.
We’re happy to discuss travel arrangements and create a transportation plan that best fits your location and your puppy’s needs.
